The BLS Battery Reviver is US manufactured and patented. It’s designed to reverse the main reason lead acid batteries require replacing, which is the build up of sulphur on the lead plates. This sulphur build up does two things to your batteries. Firstly it restricts the batteries from achieving the correct voltage and secondly the sulphuric acid is weakened. The BLS Battery Reviver reverses this process and in turn restores the batteries back to their original performance levels. Even on good batteries it will stop this sulphation process from occurring and increase the life expectancy of the batteries by up to three times.

This model is specifically designed for use in 36 volt golf carts irrespective if they have 3 × 12 volt batteries or 6 × 6 volt batteries. If you are not sure of the voltage of your golf cart, simply count the number of holes in the top of each battery, there will be 3 holes for a 6 volt battery, 4 holes for an 8 volt battery and 6 holes in a 12 volt battery, ie each hole represents one two volt cell. Then once you know the voltage of your batteries, simply multiply the number of batteries and this will give you the voltage of your cart.
The BLS Battery Reviver is powered by the golf cart batteries so you do need to connect up the device to the batteries. Once you have identified the two terminals you need to connect to (refer to the chart) all you have to do is undo the two terminal nuts, drop the ring connectors over the terminal, then replace the nuts. The Battery Reviver will start working straight away. A light will illuminate on the device to let you know it has been connected to the correct terminals and it is operating. Apart from the option of attaching the device inside the battery compartment, that is all you need to do, the device will do the rest. With the latest model which is out now there is a sensor built into the BLS Battery Reviver that senses when the batteries are getting a little low and turns it’s self off, this eliminates the chance of the device draining any unnecessary charge out of weak or not fully charged batteries. It will turn it’s self on again when the cart is put back on charge.
The dimensions of the BLS Battery Reviver are 57mm high, 63mm deep and 120mm wide (about 2 inches high, 2.5 inches deep and 4.5 inches wide for us old blokes) it is fully sealed and waterproof so you can wash down your batteries as normal without damaging the device.
The BLS Battery Reviver comes with a 3 year warranty, so if it stops working for any reason other than misuse or negligence, it will be replaced.
