RETURNS GENERAL: While each item has passed multiple stringent quality control inspections, should you receive an item where you believe it to be defective in manufacture or materials, you should first notify us and provide a pic of the defect.

Items must be returned within 

7 days after buyer receives it

Buyer responsible for return postage costs (exc defect/faulty goods)

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

If you dont follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

Refunds by Law: Consumers in Australia have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or dont match the sellers description.

RETURNS FACTORY SECONDS: Goodstart factory seconds are not faulty items. It is expressly implied that they may contain some minor imperfections and are sold at reduced prices with a strict no return policy.
They are manufactured using the same premium Performance Microfibres with Mag Cool Moisture Control technology and will wear and perform the same as all our premium products. They have failed our multi stage quality inspections as a result of minor imperfections such as press and or blemish marks.
