Our Shipping and Delivery process is done as soon as we can once funds are received. Delivery time will depend on address if rural or metropolitan location and which Australian state. Customers can expected delivery times range from 2-7 days via courier service from various logistic companies.
Whenever possible we will provide customer with tracking details to update with transit times so they can expect when to received their order.
By default orders will be authorised to be left unattended at the delivery address unless requested by customer and notify us for alternate arrangement.
The Net Return Australia offers 30 days money back policy on all The Net Return brand products, excluding Skytrak golf. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost to return the product.
