We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $8.50 for an Express - Door to door service to any location within Australia.

Upon completing an order an order confirmation email followed by a Shipping confirmation email will be sent to your
registered email address.
The shipping confirmation email will contain your tracking information for ease of delivery update.

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped out of our warehouse on Mondays to Friday.
The Express service is an overnight/next day delivery although this can't be guaranteed for regional areas.

THE GOLF SOCIETY DELIVERS NEW ZEALAND WIDE VIA DHL EXPRESS

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $9.90 for an Express - Door to door service to any location within New Zealand.

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped out of our warehouse on Mondays to Friday.
The Express service is an 3-5 day delivery although this can't be guaranteed for regional areas.

THE GOLF SOCIETY DELIVERS WORLD WIDE VIA DHL EXPRESS

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $25.00 for an Express - Door to door service to any location.

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped out of our warehouse on Mondays to Friday.
The Express service is an 5 day delivery although this can't be guaranteed for regional areas.

Returns will be accepted within 21 days of original delivery.

All items you wish to return must be in their original packaging, un-worn, undamaged and with all their tags.

Our invoices include a returns section at the bottom of the page. Please complete the returns section and include
the whole invoice with your return parcel. If you don't have your invoice please include a note with your name,
address, contact number and the reason for returning the item/s.

Your refund will be processed upon receiving the returned items and credited back to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges due to how quickly some sizes sell out. The best way to change sizes
is to re-order the new size and return the item you're not happy with. As soon as we recieve the
returned item we'll refund your credit card.
