Our ACE guarantee ensures that every purchase from us is nothing but the best. If you are not happy with your glove we offer a 20 day return policy, starting on the date of delivery, for a refund on unworn, intact, merchandise in the original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed, especially during peak seasons. Return shipping fees are not refunded and are the expense of the customer. We take great care in assuring your products arrive intact. We ask that you follow our example and use the same packaging to return your merchandise in.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer and not refunded. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
To start the return process, please email [email protected] and include your order number and explanation for the return. Once your email has been reviewed, instructions will be emailed to you on where to return the item.
FAULTY ITEMS
If a glove is faulty we are able to offer a full refund or a replacement glove. If the glove is damaged due to the players fault we will be unable to offer a refund or free replacement. However, if it is due to a manufacturing error we will ensure the best possible solution as we value our customers highly. In the event of a refund the full amount, not including return postage costs, will be returned. In the event of a replacement we will cover postage costs.
