We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends & public holidays. Please refer to the link below for public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies

While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 2-3 days. Remote areas might take extra 3-5 working days.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Quality is our highest priority. Always has been, Always will be.
At PT.Wattle Park Golf we want to ensure you love the items you purchase.

However, if you have changed your mind, Our RETURN POLICY is designed to assist you with your return.

You can return any item(s) you have purchased, within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) received is faulty or not as ordered. In this case, postage will be incurred by Wattle Park Golf.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Wattle Park Golf..
Items on ‘Sale’ or 'Promotion' Will be exchanged against eGift Cards only after Wattle Park Golf receives the items in its original packing.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 12 months from the purchase date.
Returns Policy Conditions

You return the item(s) within 30 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
You produce your original Wattle Park Golf invoice (receipt) when you return the item
The item is in original saleable condition
The item is with all original tags
It is unworn, unopened and in unused state
Any sewn labels are still attached
A returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, PT.Wattle Park Golf reserves the right to refuse an exchange or approve refund on any items returned.
Wattle Park Golf will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

Cash Refunds

Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
Online refunds will be made against credit note (eGift Cards)

Online Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will credit your return value against which you can buy new products.&nabp;
Your items that you wish to return need to be sent back to our online returns address with enclosed original invoice. Return postage costs will be at your expense.

Faulty items returned

If an item is faulty or wrongly delivered then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
Note:
Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.
A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned.Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation

Wattle Park Golf may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: the item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
