All orders are processed within 48 hours. When an order is completed an order confirmation email is provided by LudoGolf followed by a shipping confirmation email contain your tracking information.

Where possible LudoGolf aims to arrange delivery of all goods sold on this site as an Express service including overnight/next day delivery but cannot be guaranteed.

LudoGolf offers free shipping on orders over $50 to metropolitan area with Australia as interpreted by administrators of this site. For orders outside metropolitan areas and within Australia, a shipping fee of $10 will be incurred. Shipping is provided by a third-party provider. LudoGolf arranges collection of deliveries Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

LudoGolf will gladly exchange or credit online orders within 30 days from purchase.

Sale items however are final sale, and are unable to be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.

Step 3 - Post your items and form to our warehouse address.
