What is Click and Collect?

Click and Collect is a service that allows you to place an order online and then collect your purchases at selected Leisure Management Services locations.

Simply place an order online at www.golfmarket.com.au, choose Click and Collect as your delivery option, and we will process your order to have it ready for pickup at your nominated location within 24 – 48 hours (depending on availability).

There is no fee for the Click and Collect option.

What products are available for Click & Collect?

All products on www.golfmarket.com.au are available for Click and Collect, including large items.

Can I get items from my Click & Collect order home delivered?

No, if you need your Click and Collect order home delivered, you will need to contact us within 24 hours to cancel it and place a new order with home delivery as your chosen option.

Is there a minimum spend for Click and Collect orders?

No, there is no minimum spend for Click & Collect orders.

How do I place a Click & Collect order?

To place a Click and Collect order, simply choose Click and Collect as your delivery Option. You will then need to select your pickup location from the list shown. Then follow the prompts to pay for your order.

How will I know when my order is ready to collect?

You will receive an email once your order is ready. Your nominated location will have your order ready for you at their service counter within 1-3 business days.

If we encounter issues with your order, we will notify you.

Do I need to bring anything with me when I come to collect my order?

To collect your order, you will need to show proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email.

If you do not have the order confirmation email you will be required to provide Photo ID which must match the details of the customer who placed the order.

Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?

Yes. They must bring in the confirmation email and photo id when picking up the order. Please note that they will be unable to pick up the order if they cannot provide the order confirmation email and/or if they do not have photo id.

Can I change my Click and Collect order?

No. We are unable to alter your order to add new items or change quantities ordered. These can be done by placing a new order or simply shopping in store when you pick up your order.

How long are orders kept for collection?

Orders will be kept for up to 7 days from the time you receive your initial collection email. Any orders that are not collected within 7 days will be cancelled. credit/voucher will be givin to the full value, no money back under any circumstances

What is your return policy?

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you exchange voucher provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days of purchase

  • You produce your confirmation email at the time you return the item

  • The item is in re saleable condition including that:

    • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;

    • It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; and

  • The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available

If these requirements are not satisfied, we reserve the right not to offer a exchange voucher for change of mind returns.

We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, exchange voucher

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or

  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and

  • You can present your confirmation email and Photo ID which must match the details of the customer who placed the order.


We may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer exchange voucher, refund or replacement where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

We reserve the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a replacement, exchange or refund. This may result in a replacement, exchange or refund being refused.
