Over 80% of orders are delivered within the 1 - 3 days time period.
As we keep our shipping costs the cheapest possible, helping you save money, there may be slight delays to areas such as rural QLD, WA, rural SA and rural NSW.
On most of our orders we actually lose money on the shipping, but we keep the rate at one low flat price to make it as cheap as possible for everybody and to help you save even more money. Please understand that if you goods to take a few days longer, this is because of the vast size of our beautiful country. We will always endeavour to get the golf balls to you as quickly as possible, and our goal is to make the total cost of your golf balls (price of golf balls plus shipping cost) the best deal possible.
Postage and Handling
We are currently offering a flat rate of 8.50 postage on all orders to QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS, SA and lower WA, this is regardless of size and represents a great way to buy online and save. Currently we are only posting orders of 60 golf balls or less to NT and northern WA, certain areas of QLD and certain areas of SA. If you do live in NT or Northern WA, far rural QLD or far rural SA and wish to place a larger order please contact us directly and we will work with you on the order.
Delivery address and any special instructions must be provided during the order process. Delivery times will vary depending on location and also the size of the items ordered. In most cases delivery will be made to the all eastern states within 3-5 business days. Delivery to S.A, N.T. and W.A. will in most cases be within 5-7 business days.
Our deliveries are with courier companies, and as such, we do not deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Please provide a standard resident or business address where you can have the items shipped to.
All items are shipped uninsured. If you require insurance on your item please specify in the order notes and add $5 to your total item price.
** Please Note – In the vast majority of cases items are delivered within the specified (or shorter) timeframe. However, there are instances where the courier is held up, location is difficult to get to, or other such things, and, as such in delivery may be delayed on these occasions. We will work with you to ensure the matter is dealt with quickly.

We offer a full money back or exchange guarantee on any order a customer returns within 30 days of shipping provided the goods are returned in the condition and packaging they were received in, and sent with a copy of the receipt or invoice. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return any items to Lost Golf Balls. For items which are exchanged, the customer is responsible for the shipping of the exchange goods back to them.
